Payment and Early Pre-registration Guidelines

1. The deadline for the early pre-registration is on 15 June 2017 (Thursday). Payment is required to complete the pre-registration process.

2. The conference fees are as follows:

Regular Participants (Waged, Professionals Faculty, and Graduate Students)	PhP 2,800.00	PhP 3,500.00
Undergraduate Students and Seminarians	PhP 2,500.00	PhP 3,500.00
Foreign Participants (Non-PH Residents)	USD 70.00	USD 70.00

N.B. This only includes a conference kit, meals, and certificate/s. This is not inclusive of board and lodging.

4. Once you have paid the conference fees, please be sure to keep your machine-validated deposit slip for confirmation. This will be needed in both the pre-registration process and the registration during the first day of the conference where you need to present your machine-validated deposit slip to claim your receipt.

5. The next step is to go to the Menu and click on Pre-registration. Fill out the necessary information and attach a scanned copy of your deposit slip. Afterwards, hit the send button.

6. You will receive an email that confirms your pre-registration.
